高齡妊娠究竟有什么危害呢？
1.首先生育力下降是最明顯的 。隨著年紀(jì)的增加 ， 卵子和精子質(zhì)量都會呈下降的趨勢，懷孕的難度增加 。英國有報道稱，35歲女性生育能力僅為25歲時的50% ， 到40歲下降到35歲的50% 。并且流產(chǎn)的風(fēng)險與20多歲相比增加了3倍 。
2.并發(fā)癥發(fā)病率增加 。高齡產(chǎn)婦患妊娠糖尿病，妊娠高血壓、先兆子癇，流產(chǎn)，前置胎盤，早產(chǎn)或者產(chǎn)后出血的可能性增加 。如果未及時控制 ， 很可能導(dǎo)致胎兒宮內(nèi)生長發(fā)育遲緩，胎停育，難產(chǎn)率，圍產(chǎn)兒死亡率，以及感染的幾率也隨之升高 。
3.產(chǎn)后抑郁的情況加重 。年齡越大身體激素水平很可能出現(xiàn)異常，再加上生產(chǎn)的風(fēng)險增加 ， 或家庭生活的壓力，未及時得到疏導(dǎo)，往往加重產(chǎn)后抑郁的程度，增加產(chǎn)后恢復(fù)的難度 。
4.遺傳性疾病的風(fēng)險增加 。據(jù)相關(guān)統(tǒng)計，母親生育年齡不超過30歲者 ， 其孩子出生缺陷率為5.93%，大于30歲者，其孩子出生缺陷率為7.71% ， 大于35歲者，缺陷率更高 。寶寶患唐氏綜合征的風(fēng)險也是20多歲的10倍 。
女性的最佳生育年齡是24-29歲，最晚最好不要超過35歲，什么晚婚晚育的觀點，從生理學(xué)的角度來講是不科學(xué)的 。
